Shakil is a friendly and knowledgeable technician. He is so personable. He starts working from the time he enters my home and is so considerate of my home. Before he left, he checked the ice maker to ensure it was starting to cool, checked the water dispenser, I now have water through the door again. Thank you Shakil! Unfortunately, the ice maker still does not work after 24-48 hours of checking the ice maker.
