Shyheim was very courteous and professional from the first phone contact. Shyheim made 3 separate repair visit for our Whirlpool washing machine. He diagnosed the problem on his first visit, spent quite a long time troubleshooting, ordered the correct part, came back to replace part only to discover another part was no longer working & once again ordered part required. Each time he made phone contact he was so professional & courteous. He was a very personable young man & I highly recommend his services.
