We had the pleasure to have John in our home to fix our HVAC/AC system. He was very professional, detail oriented, he was very respectful of our home and wore protective gear to keep floors clean. He made sure his working areas were clean and neat, he cleaned up after himself. Mr. John is probably the best technician we had work in our home so far! He made sure to tackle the problem, fixed it, tested both HVAC/ AC numerous times to make sure everything was in working order. Got a new thermostat for half the price and a new valve for the safety switch system. We were very glad to have such a professional taking care of our system which is finally working great!

Very knowledgeable & efficient... after hearing what was wrong with our microwave, he said what was wrong with it. Had the parts on hand, made the repair, & it works!!!

The gentleman that came to repair the machine is a HUGE asset for sears. He went above and beyond repair in informing me of parts and maintenance on the refrigerator
