Tech didn’t do anything. Lied about a part not being available without really investigating the issue. Had my bf who didn’t make the appointment and doesn’t own the oven or the house it’s in sign paperwork in my name.

My washer was not repaired today. This is the second repair request for the same issue. Repairman left and said it was fixed but I put in a load of laundry and washer made the same grinding noise during the wash cycle. the drum was left with a brown grease like coating which was left on my laundry. I called the tech as he left my driveway and had the washer noise in the background of the call so he could hear it. I also called Sears Warranty and reported that the washer did not get fixed. Lady said I would get a call which as of this time I have not received a call yet. I need my washer repaired ASAP.

The technician was pleasant enough, but it took a month, four visits, three different technicians, and expensive part replacements to determine that the oven was just broken and needed to be replaced. In addition, the kitchen was left a huge mess that required strenuous cleaning. We are not likely to use Sears again for appliance repair, even though they spent more time trying to get us to buy a warranty than properly diagnosing our problem. one month later, even though Sears asked how they could make it right and I responded, I have not heard back from them. They seem to want people to think they are responsive, but they are actually not.

Paul was a very nice guy. I just don't believe he was very knowledgeable with the Samsung washer. He never hooked anything up to diagnose the issue with the machine. I stated the machine didn't rinse or spin. He poured hot water in the softener hole and stated the problem was fixed. I tried to wash a load after ,and the machine is still on rinse it didn't work. Still don't. I was however, able to take the wet clothes out and to the laundry outside. I have another appointment next week for the same issue. I'm hopeful
