I had a very positive experience with Sears Appliance Repair. I was able to book online and I received consistent updates leading to my appointment. Joe, the technician, was great and very informative. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my dryer piece by piece. Although I declined full service due to the cost for me, he was still very polite and completely understood. I'd call them again if I needed anything.
