Great technician, he worked with us to resolve major problems with our Samsung Refrigerator which stopped cooling due to ice build up on the cooling unit. He ordered parts, and was very persistent with his troubleshooting skills to fix our refrigerator. He changing out components and electronic control board interface, all is working great and he saved a couple hundred dollars of food waste.

Jason was great. Very timely and very professional! AE is fortunate to have him as an employee. He know his stuff. He is polite, efficient and very professional! He took out my installed Microwave by himself, set up a work area and methodically took out parts needing replacements. I would give him 6 Stars!

Service by the tech was great, id items needed and came back for repair. However the time it took to have someone to see about the problem took over three weeks than another 4 weeks for them to repair. This is flatly unacceptable. Make things worse I had a schedule date line up and it was changed without telling me about it till the change was made. I may rethink have you as my service contract. Eight weeks is way to long for repairs on a refrigerator, this is not same for ovens dishwasher you can work around these problem but not a refrigerator.
