The technician working for my home warranty Co. Came to repair my microwave, which had been called in a week before. He noted the problem and said he needed parts, and ordered them. Two weeks went by before he was able to come back out, but when he did he replaced the parts and tried the microwave but noted the door was not shutting all the way. He tried to order a new door, but the age of the unit, they did not have pair parts for it now. He called my warranty company a d gave his findings.

The parts took over 3 weeks to get in but the serviceman was very professional and our refrigerator is running great!

Getting service through A & E is horrible. I have had to use them twice for a "lemon" Maytag washer. They do good repair but you have to wait so long to get a repairman to your house. This last service call I wasted 3 days waiting for them & at end of day they say I have to reschedule my service call to another day because they couldn't make it that day. I called the 800 number & all they could keep saying was they were sorry & they could reschedule my service. I was from June 25th to July 15th to get my washer repaired. Totally unacceptable service. I am sorry but I do not have a Facebook account to further discuss this. You can send a message to my email address. Thank you
