Technician from A&E was super nice/friendly and respectful to my home. Sears screwed up by not scheduling the appointments under my master protection agreement. Needless to say the tech had to call Sears and be put on hold until a representative answered and could correct the problem.

He did not put all screws back. Plus he was bad mouthing the machine instead of fixing it

So my washer is three months old making a loud noise in the spin cycle, the tech ran a couple of sheets in it and told me it was a little loud but with in normal decibel levels he said the rear bearing maybe starting to go but couldn’t do anything thing about it at this point he also told me I should only be running the drum about half full but the video that GE has on you tube says you can fill it upas long as you put it in loosely and don’t pack it So my issue is why is it in any way acceptable for a new washer to make this noise, how does he measure the acceptable decibels he had no equipment for that I pretty much felt like the company doesn’t stand by there equipment and makes excuses

Felt ripped off. The repairman came, diagnosed the issue and wanted $500.52 to replace one roller and a belt. However, if I purchased an home warranty my total bill would’ve been $350. Plus $60+ a month for the home warranty. Had to pay the $138 for the service call to decline the repairs. Truly felt like they just wanted to sell the home warranty. According to AI and other repair companies this should be a $200 to $300 job. I’ve used sears years ago and loved them. Was very disapppointed to discover this is their tactic now to sell home warranties.
