Appointment schedulers really need to let the techs know what the issue is and give them the special instruction/comments so they know what is going on. Tech was good despite not having any information and reason the service call was placed.

I’m going on week 4 without my 4 year old refrigerator. New parts were replaced, told to wait a day or two for it to work properly. Still not working. Had another tech come and said 2 other items need to be replaced. Seems to me that all the items in the refrigerator should have been checked to make sure it was working properly the first time. Now I have wait 2 more weeks for an appointment and replacement items.

It was hard to get a quick appointment. This was a fridge problem, so it was really inconvenient to wait two weeks for the repair. Technicians were great and the problem was solved in one visit.

The tech came after the 7-hr service window. They weren't able to identify details about the microwave so I had to still call in to an agent to provide details myself.

It took over a month and half to get my AC repaired in the hottest summer in history. The service window provided is absurd, never heard of a 7am - 6pm window. Oh but wait if I didn’t like that my only other option is 8am - 5pm, really!!! Technician showed up for first two visits in a personal vehicle with just a little handbag of tools. The second visit was for installation of parts. Tells me he has to reschedule because he doesn’t have the tools and materials to do the job after I had to wait two weeks for the appointment and waited all day for him to show up at 4pm unprepared. An hour later I get a message saying do to my request for a reschedule my next appointment was two weeks later rather than were sorry we’ll be there tomorrow. When I called I’m told that is the first available appointment. Nothing they can do. The third appointment he finally showed with a work van and completed the service. Although the morning of I get a message that technician was going to arrive around 9am and he didn’t show until 3:30pm. So at the end of all this I lost three full days of work. Took 1 1/2 months to get AC in the dead of summer with the house temperature in the 90’s. No sense of caring from the company. Almost impossible to even get a hold of anyone to talk to and they didn’t care either. Lastly, the technician coming in a personal vehicle without the proper tools and equipment is unacceptable. On top of that the technician was not in a uniform. No id. His shirt barely covered his belly button and could see half his arse when working. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend using Sears Home Services or Choice Home Warranty!

Technician when he came was excellent. However, we had a big frustration with the appointments. The first appointment was scheduled for 7-11 am but then they didn't come for the whole day; the second appointment, was 8am-12noon but only came after 2pm. Finally, the 3rd appointment came in the scheduled window.

Abdul brought in 2 other people wit him into our home. Not sure what these guys were there for. They were all loud and rude. On top of all of this, the wager still isn’t working.
