Michael was very personable, professional, and efficient. He was careful not to damage the floor and surrounding baseboard in removing the undercounter dishwasher and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered the new part and returned at the appointed time to replace. No fuss, no muss. Thank you Michael!!

One of the LED lights in my GE refrigerator was out causing all the other lights to dim. The technician came within the scheduled window and fixed the problem by replacing the bad LED in literally 30 seconds. From start to end, he was in the house for less than six minutes, most of time was spent on recording the work done and getting my signature. I am very happy with the repair.
