Labor cost was $395. for a straight replacement of a garbage disposal without any upgrades. This was approximately $150-$200 above the average labor cost for a straight swap out of a garbage disposal. I will not be using this service again or recommend this service to anyone else.

Dishwasher just stopped and displayed error message. Also bottom panel is no longer attached. Under extended warranty. Technician was nice.

My technician, Ahmad, was great - knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the icemaker on our fridge door, which hadn't worked in years. He also explained that we didn't need to worry that our freezer doesn't always stay at 0 degrees. I would give him a 5. But I made it a 3 because the communication system that Sears uses is really terrible. It is almost impossible to get a human being on the telephone. Plus, they rescheduled my appointment and moved it a week away on the day of the appointment. No one called. I was sent an email at 1pm on the day of the appointment. The email said they rescheduled because they didn't have the parts yet. But the parts had been mailed to me and were at my house. No one bothered to call to see if I had them, and they just changed the appointment on the day I was expecting the technician, without telling me. Plus, they picked the new date without conferring with me either.

The technician visited thrice during last 30 days. However, technician rectified the defect which recurs soon after departing of technician. It is happening every time. Despite, three time visit of technician, the defect is still there as it was at the time of first complaint a month ago.
