Michael did an excellent job in letting me know of his expected arrival time both times he came. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my oven, and told me what to expect next. When the part arrived, he quickly installed it with no mess.

The repairman arrived on time and replaced the treadmill belt as planned. It took about one hour. My complaint is that I could not talk to a live person when making this appointment and, though I gave the exact make and model of the the treadmill and bought my own replacement belt, I could not get a quote prior to the appointment. The labor for one hour was excessive at $360.
