Since the minute he came in our house, he was polite, very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend him with my eyes closed. I really like this technician! We only paid a deductible to AHS, our warranty company.

One of the LED lights in my GE refrigerator was out causing all the other lights to dim. The technician came within the scheduled window and fixed the problem by replacing the bad LED in literally 30 seconds. From start to end, he was in the house for less than six minutes, most of time was spent on recording the work done and getting my signature. I am very happy with the repair.
