Thank you for your prompt attention to the service of fixing our washing machine. We'd previously gone through another vendor recommended by AHS that took almost two months to do nothing. We were thrilled that you were able to rectify the problem within an hour and that your technician had the tool on his van. He was prompt and courteous and the portal and arrival platforms were a nice touch.

We received fantastic service from our servicemen, Abdul. He was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable of his work and product. He was very informative and explained that he needed to replace the Ice maker with a replacement part in which he had to order and it would take a day to receive. He returned the next business day and completed the work. We are very happy with the result. Thank you Abdul!

The Five stars are for Naser and only Naser, who redeemed the company from earlier experiences this month. Naser, the technician who performed the final repair was outstanding. [The first technician never showed up and the second complained about how far he had to drive and how late it was (as if I hadn’t waited from 7 am to 6 pm two full days)]. Today’s technician was polite, cheerful, communicative and professional— the opposite of the first two. Had Nasar not been as outstanding, our view of the organization would be based on the first two awful representatives. But Naser was amazing and more like him should be hired and promoted to leadership. He is the best part of the company.
