Service was great, my dryer was not drying, I called my home warranty provider First America home Warrenty, they got sears , my dryer was fixed the next day. Excellent service , thanks

Our technician was on time, knew exactly what to do and replaced the heating element in our dryer. The dryer now works like new. We had a bad experience with a prior service company, we are very pleased and will use Sears from now on.

The technician did a very good job. I could tell that he was knowledgeable and experienced. The only complain I have that Sears gave me a 9 hours window for the technician to come. I had to take the day off and wait for him.
