Elio is the only good thing about today's so-called repair. A month ago, he came to our house and assessed our air cleaner as needing to be replaced. We rearranged our day today for the scheduled installation and when Elio called, he thought that we were having another problem but with a new air cleans as he had told you that we needed a new unit. Elio contacted a supervisor on our behalf and told me that we were approved for the new unit. He said that we would receive a call about an installation date within 24 hours. We'll see whether or not that happens, but were it not for Elio, this would have been a total zero event. In any case, our problem was not--for the second time--repaired.

I did my yearly Preventive Maintenance on my AC unit. I had the same technican named CESAR. He also did my Furnance tune-up in the fall. CESAR was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and willingness to address questions and concerns.
