The technician did a great job! He was very efficient with the repair of my icemaker - replaced 2 parts and also reinstalled another that was giving me trouble. Very courteous, polite and worked fast! I’m very pleased!

Masihullah did an excellent job. The only problem was with the scheduling; We were told yesterday he would come between 1 and 5pm today. Today we were told first he would come even later than that (first around 1:30 and then even after 2). We thought we had ample time to run some errands this morning. While we were out running errands, we found out he was going to arrive around 9:30. It was already about 9:30! We called our daughter who fortunately was able to rearrange her schedule and delay going into her office. But without that good luck we would not have been able to get back in time for the technician’s arrival. It would have been helpful if I could have talked to a person earlier this morning when I called twice. However, we are very happy with the work Masihullah did to get our dishwasher working again.

Wali did a great job repairing our refrigerator. We had a long wait for parts...nearly 4 weeks. Once they arrived they were able to schedule him to come out the next day. He arrived and was able to get the unit back in shape within 45 minutes. It is working fine and he was both pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend him
