Unsatisfactory! Yo, customer service needs a live person and not to generator one. We never received a phone call when the tech was on the way detect didn’t show up one day and rescheduled for the next day and then was very late.

Very bad experience (twice). Problem not resolved and charged by first tech for no result. Second tech described a totally different problem and a much higher additional cost.

I was extremely disappointed with Sears Home Services. When I booked the appointment, I was told I would be serviced during the appointment. I described the problem, took pictures of the dishwasher as requested to ensure the technician would bring the correct part. The technician showed up on Friday morning, called for the part, which was in stock and then told me I had to schedule a different service appointment. I had to pay for everything on Friday before the repair was done. I have NEVER had to pay for services that had yet to be done. I was also told that the $129 analyzing fee would go towards the service. I don't believe it was. This was a very expensive repair that required 1 small part and minimal installation time. I would not recommend Sears Home Services.

Do not recommend. Rude, uninstalled a UV light when replacing a coil without telling me, system was leaking lots of air after installing the new coil until I pointed it out.

Sears Technician has come to verify that tank is leaking and it's covered under warranty. tank indeed is leaking and is covered under manufacture warranty according to him. Charged me 190 dollars for doing nothing. He said that Sears will send out check for replacement water heater and 190 will be refunded because it's warranty case. Currently I can't get ahold of anyone from Sears , they keep redirecting me to someone else and then hangup. When I try to call some automated system response that they don't have any service order on my case and hangup. So no water heater replacement and no 190 dollars. UPDATE: I have sent an email to the provided address and no response for 3 days

I had placed request for dish washer repair, range hood vent repair, and stove top repair and paid $300. A technician came looked at all 3 and placed request for spare parts and left. Today the same technician came and only attended to the stove top. He said he has no instructions to repair the dishwasher and the range hood vent fan though all replacement parts that he ordered for were received. I have no further information from Sears on when the other two repairs will be done.

Not respectful , wrong report to Sears appliance four technician before him, they came to our shop didn’t report like this all they try to help us except him
