Thank you to my Technician Petre The first repair was scheduled as a dishwasher repair, although what I needed was a dryer repair! Petre attempted to remedy this on my behalf and still tried to squeeze me into his schedule. Unable to, I made a new appointment and he came back the following week and provided thorough sufficient repair work. He was polite, helpful, and kind. Wonderful experience and I will be using this service again, Thank you Petre!

This is the second time Abdul has been ours Sears technician and he was again great. He diagnosed the issue quickly and then proceeded to fix the washer. He also gave us some good maintenance tips. Highly recommend. Today 3/16/26 I had Habibullah and I was SO lucky! The # 2 tech needed for the job did not come so he did the entire job himself rather than make me go thru a reschedule! I highly recommend this technician.
