Made a service request through AHS. Sears reached out to me right away and asked for needed information in advance such as the model number and issue so that they would come prepared to fix the problem, not waste time, and not have to wait on ordering parts. The technician, Michael, called ahead to let me know he was on his way within a 30 minute window. Came in and took care of the job right away. He was in and out and my problem was addressed. Very efficient and respectful of time. Highly recommend.
