Previous Sears repair people had left my washer in pieces. Cesar was here to inspect it for replacement. He did a thorough job and put the machine back together although it hasn’t worked in 4 months. The situation is totally unacceptable, but I hope that Cesar’s input will bring about an expeditious replacement.

The technician explained what failwd w my refrigerator, how much it would cost to repair (way over the cost of new one), and recommended purchasung a new one. He also explained different refrigerants, which to stay away from. He knew his stuff, was polite, and informative. Appreciate him much!💜
