Elio G was very professional, and correct several obvious items, He determined that the compressor had failed. Repair is out of the question since Sears no longer can obtain the parts for this A/C unit. I am waiting on a promissed proposal for replacement of the system under contract.

Technician identified the problem immediately and ordered the part to correct the ice and water problem with my refrigerator. Unfortunately, when the part came in, Sears sent another technician to install the part. That technician was unconcerned, said the wrong part was ordered , and told me to call Sears to have the original technician to insert the new part. The next day the original technician installed the new part in my refrigerator within 10 minutes. The original technician was polite, knowledgeable, and took and interest in his work.
