The technician, Cesar, knocked at my front door at 5.24 P.M. and checked Kenmor washing machine both outside and inside, every connecting tubes, nuts and bolts. He said everything looked good and the machine is clean. Only problem he could see was the drainage tube which was not fully pushed in to close the tube. But I could not figure out why a lot of water with soap froth leaked out all around the machine. This happened twice at different times. However I am happy that Saar checked every part of the machine and found everything working fine. He did a great job to my satisfaction. He said if anything goes wrong later, call Sears again. Thanks
