This gentleman came to my building's parking lot and called to inform me that he does not work on air conditions in this building. I wasted a whole day waiting for nothing!

The technician didn’t solve the problem and left. Also forced us to pay the appointment fee. I waited for this appointment for two weeks after one cancellation. Now, nothing is solved and my AC is not working !!!!

Terrible Service. Repair was Scheduled for a Friday. The Technician called and said he could do it Thursday. He never showed up. No one ever showed up on Friday either. No one to contact at Sears service because they hide behind an AI wall with no options to speak to a real person. I received an email update stating that the job had been completed. I was contacted by a live person on Sunday in customer support (Bernie) to confirm that I was happy with the repair. I informed her that no repair had ever taken place. She and I made a new repair order for Monday. When I heard from the technician on Monday regarding the upcoming repair I told him that the repair had been scheduled for the previous week but that no one had shown up to do the work. I had the needed parts for the repair and that the job ad been paid for. I checked online later and my Monday repair call had been cancelled. I have no recourse bu to reverse the charges on my credit card.

The AC technician showed up and did not have fuses to get the system going. He even had the audacity to ask me to go to Home depot and buy it. Very unprofessional
