My service appointment after two weeks was ok but the service man was unfortunately a very impatient grumpy unreasonable gentleman whom was not pleasant to talk to!

This was a disaster. Took 3 days to finally get someone out. Tech was named Hai, if you get him demand someone new as he refused to work in Condo's and still demanded payment. Working to get my policy cancelled.
