The Technician was scheduled to come between 7 am and 11 am... instead i received an automated text that he is on the way at 5:08 pm... there was no one in the house at that time and he closed the ticket claiming that he replaced all the part... where as the parts are still in the house.

The first tech who looked at my dryer had to call his boss, in Arabic, for help. He concluded it needed new belts. He was wrong. The second tech said it needed a new motor. He was wrong too. It was a motor-related problem, but my son was able to fix it. I won’t call Sears Home Services ever again.

If I could give a negative rating, I would! A technician came to do a diagnosis on my HVAC and he couldn't provide that to me. He's only allowed to send it to my home warranty (Choice) who refuses to cover the repairs. I've called Sears customer service 5 times asking for that diagnostic, they've each told me they were sending it via email. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received anything and today the rep tells me they can't send that info to me, even though I paid the technician to do the diagnosis. The worst part is that the rep wouldn't let me speak to her manager. This is absolutely poor customer service and business practice.

I was very disappointed in this appointment. This was mainly a sales call and to sell us your service agreement... No maintenance work was done on my washing machine to reduce rust. I have now done it myself. Please stop all emails.
