There should be a Zero star option. Technician called to say he didn’t know the brand so he wasn’t coming. Didn’t show up, never checked our appliance, and we lost $100.

Tech said that everything is OK with the washer and nothing can be done despite problem with fabric softener not dispensed during washing cycle was explained.

I felt the technician was out orici the service just to get my diagnostic fee and leave. He didn't address the initial service request. instead he found and priced for every tiny thing he could, and offered no option for just what I had requested I needed. The Sears Repair isn't the company we have come to trust for so many years. And there isn't any customer service. No adjudicating my original service request. Only schedule a new with new diagnostic fees. I won't ever use SEARS again. It's a rip off.

The technician was great. Getting a technician here was a nightmare. The first appointment was fine, parts were ordered and came within a week. The tech never showed for the next appointment and I wasn't notified that he wouldn't. That had to be rescheduled.The next time, I called to confirm that a tech was coming and we told 3 times what time the tech was going to show, so I went about my business only to find out he came 4 hours earlier than I was told; that had to be rescheduled. The tech showed up on the 4th appointment, on time and fixed the problem. The tech was great, the rest of the experience was not good.

I was not able to pay for the services offered to fix my dryer. I did not enroll in your security warranty plan due to it's deceptive component. I am not a happy customer. This experience with sears repair service has left me with regret. The regret is that a company like Sears has lowered it's standards of customers' service. Wow! I am just left empty, that a company like Sears has gone down this way. I pray and hope someone in the corporate office who remembers what made Sears a good company will re-institute the standards of Good customer service once again with no deceptive practice attached.

After 2 weeks, 2 technicians, and new parts ordered, I still do not have a functioning dishwasher. If they are servicing Samsung Bespoke dishwashers, they should know how to fix them.
