Technician David was the best! He called to inform me that he was on the way and his arrival time. He arrived on time and got right to work. He repaired my oven in less time than I expected it to take. He also was nice enough to go to his truck to get treats for my dog. 100% recommend Sears appliance repair and if you can request David!
