Technicians that came out were very nice, but they came out 3 times and when they couldn't figure it out they said it was an electrical issue. Electrician comes out and right away says electric is fine. New appliance company comes out and figures out what needs to be replaced fairly quickly and gets it working again. Frustrating that it took 4 more visits than it should have taken to get my dishwasher working again.

The technician was fine. My issue is that, although I collected a variety of information on the problem and the unit so that the repair could be completed at one time, that did not happen. And they did not meet their appointment window the second time. It took a third time to complete. And it was very expensive for what I got. Would not do again. Would not recommend to others.

The technician did not tell us what the cost would be before repairing the fridge. If we had known we would have skipped the fix and just bought a new fridge. Although the fridge was fixed we were not happy with our experience.

Techinican not well prepared. Had to borrow towels every time and did not put back the cover. Very late for the appointment. Hopefully issue is fixed this time.

This provider was sent to me by home warranty company and it took them a month to fix my dryer as nothing was done from the initial assessment to order my replacement part. I received no communication for almost 3 weeks from when the tech came and did the initial visit. It wasn’t until I contacted my home warranty company and threatened to cancel my services and they started to pressure sears home services before my parts got order.

Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem in a short amount of time. Unfortunately my system needs a part that has to be ordered. We will see him again once he receives the part. A+ Well we never saw him again. He never ordered the part. We ended up going with another service who had it done in 2 days(only because the part was back ordered) paid out of pocket and cancelled our contract with Choice Hime Warranty. Choice is a crap service by the way. Every time the sent someone out to do a repair, they had an excuse why it didn’t get fixed, so I would do it myself or hire someone else to do it.

Initial appointment was cancelled after I wait a whole day for repairman. The cost of the repair was excessive (over $500) to replace one part ((an igniter) as the repair appointment charge was added to the cost of the part instead of being applied against the repair appointment charge. I will be discussing this transaction with both the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Affairs.
