The technician was on time and polite. My problem is, after explaining my problem in great detail yesterday on the phone you charged me $149 for someone to come and tell me he had no idea how to pursue this problem. I read articles and watched a video about my problem. It’s true that it’s not normal. So technician was great, SEARS gets a zero out of ten from me. You can refund me the cost of the “no service” call and I will change my review.

I am very disappointed with sears and their technician.I can’t even give you one start because you don’t deserve it.Yesterday I had appointment with sears and they send the technician out.The technician came inside my house and said he couldn’t do anything with my wash machine because it doesn’t have serial number but yet ready to charge me $130 without doing anything.I will not recommend them to anyone.First and the last time and I would like my refund because the technician refused to do the service.

Do not use this company I had to order a part that we did not end up needing so when the second technician came out he took the part and returned it I am still waiting for my refund it is going on 2 months and when I call I keep getting a runaround it is absolutely ridiculous that the money is not back in my account I will never use them again. So do yourself a favor and do not use them.

Very disappointing experience. I was having issues with my washing machine, and the technician spent only about five minutes inspecting it. He didn’t do much—he didn’t even open the machine—yet told me the issue was likely with the springs, which I already suspected. The repair cost he quoted was unreasonably high—at that price, I could buy a new machine. I couldn’t afford the repair, but I was still forced to pay a $129 service fee for essentially nothing. I feel this was a complete waste of money, and I’m very disappointed with the service. I want a refund, as it was not worth the cost. I do not recommend this service.

Sears has refused to do work at my house after they stated that my home warranty company submitted the work order for the wrong appliance. I had the work order in front of me and spoke to the Sears scheduling person or robot (idk which) and described my issue stating microwave the entire time. The day of my appointment the technician is late and I don’t get any notification that he is going to be late. He then calls me to let me know that he is outside of my house but due to the incorrect work order he is not allowed to come in. So Sears has wasted my time today and this isn’t the only time. I’m grateful that my home warranty moved so quickly and was able to schedule me with a competent service company.

Sears had the worst communication and makes it impossible to speak with a human being. Sears customer service is awful and non-existent. I don’t know how they are still in business.

The technician was originally rescheduled from an initial visit that occurred about two weeks ago due to a part that was needed. The technician was scheduled to make repairs to my dryer now that the part was received. After replacing part on the dryer, the technician did a test run and noticed that the dryer had a bad motor also. The technician told me that the motor would need to be replaced and he would check his truck to see if he had the part. The technician didn’t locate the part on his truck but mentioned that he would go locate the part somewhere else and come back to make the repair. This never occurred with the technician. Now the technician has been non-responsive from the number he initially reached out to me on. I have paid for a dryer to be fixed and the job still has not been completed. Now I still have to order a replacement motor for the dryer and now do not trust a Sear’s technician to complete the job. After calling customer care twice, neither one of the representatives were helpful. I asked to speak with a supervisor after calling the second time around. Unfortunately, yet conveniently for Sear’s, the call dropped. Very disappointed with Sear’s repair technician and the customer care representatives that didn’t show any care for an unsatisfied customer.

He didn’t do anything, he said everything is working and fine , the heater was working at that time because we are in the morning , as the heater worked only in the warm weather (means during the morning time) , however it’s been 5 days the heater is not working at night !
