If I could provide ZERO stars for this technician I would. I was harassed by phone call and text, argued with over the phone, and the worst part of the whole thing was being talked down to as a woman. I do not need to be “man-splained”. The scheduling services are horrible. The technician was at my house previously, did not check the entire gas range for any other possible issues, and today - he was NEVER EVEN AT MY HOUSE. All of the issues today were over an appointment that was supposed to be next week- overall a terrible experience and would NOT ever use Sears again.

I scheduled to have my refrigerator and furnace serviced. No technician showed up to service the refrigerator and I had to call twice to reschedule for the furnace. The furnace repair person showed up. He was very nice , but he said he did not get the first appointment and did not know why the refrigerator service never showed. I called to get help and was given over to an AI operator who was not able to get anything done for me. 4 days of trying and no proper service.. poor service Sears.. I have been a customer for over 20 yrs, now your AI person cannot even understand basic requests. Will not be renewing my service agreement.

As of today, my washing machine hasn’t been fixed. I started this request 10 days ago. After initial diagnosis tech coming 6:10pm after I took off all day, part was ordered and arrived within 2 days. Sears has since cancelled twice My appointment to fix saying no part there. The worst part is the AI bot updated my appointment once I shared parts arrived but my confirmed appointments still cancelled. When asked to speak to human, AI Samantha says we no longer have live humans? I contacted my warranty company and they were able to get live person but I am still two days out of work and another week wait to have my washer fixed. I have used SEARS for years and unfortunately they seem to be going downhill. There humans in scheduling and bots are not on the same page with their technicians and I have not experienced this before. Pretty sad.

The dishwasher repair was done quickly and the repair technicians that arrived were professional. The reason for 1 star is because I had a scheduled appointment for service between 8am and 5pm. I even had a confirmation text that stated my technician was on the way. I stay home from work all day, only to find out at 3pm that Sears cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it for another day. I called to ask what happened and no one knew any reason why my appointment was cancelled. The only information I got was that the appointment was rescheduled by the technician. Someone should have notified me at least.

Truly not Happy at all , tech did NOT help , fix even lied about the costs of the next tech coming out would be included which he was dead wrong ! Prior to entering the house he required my check my license etc. NEVER had anyone w/ choice ever done this & choice advised me themselves it is not their practice / rules at all . I still have a broken furnace even dangerous furnace but now have to pay another deductible for a plumber ? Which usually does not work on furnaces so today I wasted $85 for sears ..plus a day off of work for NOTHING less then 5 min. Of absolutely being scammed I feel . Bad practice poor communications shady actions all around ! This tech did NOTHING AT ALL but collect $85 my furnace still leaks can't be turned on at all it's dangerous !!

As far as the App and AI is concerned it is a terrible customer experience. Sears should be embarrassed by its customer service. To not be able to talk with a human is unacceptable to resolve issues that arise during the service calls. The all day window is another bad customer experience and the text message that are generated by AI to indicate when a tech is arriving is quite frankly a joke. Not even close to the time indicated tech would arrive. 5 stars for Peter. 0 stars for customer experience. I would never recommend sears home service.

First there was a delay on a part that took them 3 weeks to get that I googled when I was told it was on back order and was able to find it through about 20 suppliers who could have it to me within 2 days. The tech that diagnosed it was fine, but the one who did the repair was rude and left a mess in my kitchen. 100% do not recommend

Technician did not show up, did not text or call beforehand, but signed the paperwork like I had authorized service. He also ordered parts for a machine he never saw.

He repaired the cycle knob mounting on the control panel which had come loose, but he did not test it properly. He just spun the knob thru the whole rotation and started the fill one time. He did not stop it along the dial and engage it again to check if it was advancing thru the cycles. When I used it, the fill valve did not shut off to advance to the next step and it flooded my home.
