Mr John was freaking amazing! He answered all of my questions explained the ins and outs of what he was seeing, hearing and checking for. Gave me some tips on what to look and listen for. I mean great service.

The technician came to diagnose the problem, which was a leak in our lower unit. He cleaned out our upper unit and then told me how much the repair was for the lower unit. As it was nearly the cost o f the unit itself, he gave me the part number so I could try to replace it by myself, if I decided to do that.
