The technician was great. The communication from customer service about when he would arrive was atrocious. Couldn’t have been worse. I later noticed that the tracking app allowed me to track his arrival time, but I was not informed there this is a feature. It’s actually a great feature, but no one communicated with me regarding its availability.

John was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what was wrong with my heating and cooling system and was able to fix it. He came prepared to replace any faulty parts. He was excellent.
