One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with Sears Service. I called about service on our dryer which was under a Sears service contract. A service technician was available the next day. John called when he was on his way. He was professional, complete, and courteous. A real pleasure to work with and a positive reflection of the company. I appreciate the prompt attention and repair of our appliance.

The Sears technician named Severino arrived on time and started diagnosising my a/c unit's issues immediately. He provided excellent service and fixed the problem with my unit. Five technicians before him came out and did nothing. This had gone on 2+ years prior to his arrival. This technician has singlehandedly saved Sears from getting a major consumer report complaint that was on the way had it not been fixed. Thank you again Severino. You are the best at your job sir!
