Darious arrived on time and was very professional throughout the service visit. He found that the problem was a clogged drain pipe at the rear of the refrigerator. He cleared the drain and frozen ice at the bottom of the freezer. Cleaned the work area when finished.

Darius promptly diagnosed my problem. Let me know l had put the unit in the wrong mode. After the change the air cooled properly. He was courteous, professional and helpful.
