Technician was warm and friendly, as well as being prompt, knowledgeable and professional. The service call took less than a hour and our washer was back in business. He also provides us with a couple of best practice tips to extend the life of our machine.

The second teck really whent the extra mil and took the unit apart and clean the inside good. The unit is working very good now.
