Ryan showed the utmost professionalism and compassion when trying to correct the situation with our ice maker in our freezer we have been trying to get this results since February and with all the ordering of different parts and all the ordering of different appointment dates we have had a horrible time trying to coordinate everything Ryan has been an outstanding employee in an outstanding asset to your company. Is it all possible we would like to continue to only use Ryan for our service appointments from now on.

Technician arrived later than expected time. However, we were impressed how knowledgeable technician was with issues related to washing machine. Technician was able to pull up drawing and show the parts that need repair. My husband and I came to conclusion that washer would need replacement. I give technician 5 stars.

Our technician, Ronald, was very knowledgable, friendly, and considerate!! Couldn’t recommend him enough. However, the service charge was expensive when other companies offer the same for free.
