Tech was professional and very knowledgeable. Seem to know exactly what was wrong with my oven and able to fix it relatively quickly. My only complaint is I was given an 11 hour repair window. I understand during the initial appointment giving a wide range of time, but the day before as you are scheduling your techs, you should have a more narrow time frame that they would be in the area/on location. Other than that, everything was perfect!
