First there was a delay on a part that took them 3 weeks to get that I googled when I was told it was on back order and was able to find it through about 20 suppliers who could have it to me within 2 days. The tech that diagnosed it was fine, but the one who did the repair was rude and left a mess in my kitchen. 100% do not recommend

He repaired the cycle knob mounting on the control panel which had come loose, but he did not test it properly. He just spun the knob thru the whole rotation and started the fill one time. He did not stop it along the dial and engage it again to check if it was advancing thru the cycles. When I used it, the fill valve did not shut off to advance to the next step and it flooded my home.

technician didn't do anything but check so called levels...meanwhile my whole ac unit is frozen...but he tells me it all good and walks out wit my 100.00 dollar deductible...didn't add freon or nothing....trash !!¡!!(0 stars)

Sears has TERRIBLE customer service - including cancelling service via a text at 5pm, after making me wait 9 hours for a technician from 8am-that day. Sears only provides 9-hour windows for their technician visits. I waited 6 hours for the first Sears technician - who we later learned completely misdiagnosed the problem and ordered parts we did not need. It took two weeks for the 2nd Sears visit, which is auto-scheduled. The technician DID NOT SHOW for the 2nd visit. Sears has NO REPRESENTATIVES. There is no one to contact. I received an automated message at 5pm cancelling the appointment. I waited 8 hours for the 3rd Sears visit. The technician recognized it simply needed a vent cleaning, which I scheduled with another company for the next day. For Sears, we waited a total of 23 hours for technicians, almost two weeks without a dryer, ultimately they did not fix the dryer, plus hours of frustration trying to reach a Sears representative, which was impossible. If your home warranty company recommends Sears. DO NOT ACCEPT SEARS. Ask for another company.

If I could give this service no stars I would. This technician came to the house and supposedly fixed the unit and it was broken again within 24 hours. There were wires that needed to be changed but he did not. He said he does not do that type of work and I would have to get someone else to do it. WHY AM I PAYING FOR A WARRANTY IF I CANNOT GET GOOD SERVICE. I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER TECHNICIAN $235.00 YESTERDAY AFTER THE SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED AGAIN, BECAUSE OF THE LOOSE AND BROKEN WIRES THE FIRST TECHNICIAN DID NOT REPAIR. THIS WARRANTY ISN'T WORTH THE MONEY I AM PAYING!!!!

I had an initial appointment Friday, paid for the needed part, and was scheduled for 8am-noon this morning. After it turned 12, I called and was told my appointment was scheduled for July 10th. No notice. No opportunity to talk to a human. This is really shoddy treatment.
