The service window was ridiculous, 8a-5p, and of course they don't come until the very end of the day. I suppose the guy was nice but he did not seem to know what he was doing. It took over a month to get an appointment to have my refrigerator repaired and it still does not appear to be fully functional. Before it broke everything worked. Now the ice maker and water won't work. The service tech said that wasn't his problem. He didn't even try to help. Overall very disappointed.

Sears Repair has a daily "window" of 8AM - 5 PM. That itself is inconvenient. In this case, we had 5 scheduled appointments. They were NO SHOWS 4 out of 5 times! Unacceptable! When I finally complained to supervisors, they showed up on the 6th day appointment to fix the dishwasher.

They were supposed to bring a ladder but didn't. I had to go get one. Service was to get a maintenance checkup. He only did a check up. Not impressed

the technician arrived at my house on time, but waited outside for a solid 25 min. He eventually called to say he "had a headache" and would be in shortly. He essentially didn't fix my problem, he solved it temporarily (which I had already done countless times in the past).

The technician was on time and polite. My problem is, after explaining my problem in great detail yesterday on the phone you charged me $149 for someone to come and tell me he had no idea how to pursue this problem. I read articles and watched a video about my problem. It’s true that it’s not normal. So technician was great, SEARS gets a zero out of ten from me. You can refund me the cost of the “no service” call and I will change my review.

I am very disappointed with sears and their technician.I can’t even give you one start because you don’t deserve it.Yesterday I had appointment with sears and they send the technician out.The technician came inside my house and said he couldn’t do anything with my wash machine because it doesn’t have serial number but yet ready to charge me $130 without doing anything.I will not recommend them to anyone.First and the last time and I would like my refund because the technician refused to do the service.

Do not use this company I had to order a part that we did not end up needing so when the second technician came out he took the part and returned it I am still waiting for my refund it is going on 2 months and when I call I keep getting a runaround it is absolutely ridiculous that the money is not back in my account I will never use them again. So do yourself a favor and do not use them.
