1 - very dissatisfiedwith the service. the technician did not fix the problem. He stated there was no problem but the items in my refrigerator are freezing, so there is a problem.

No Tech showed up on 8/13/24 (Ryan) or 8/15/24 (Darious). Poor customer service from Sears Appliance Repair. Not even a courtesy call.

The person who made the appointment got everything wrong. She wrote furnace, gas. I have an electric heat pump. I wasted 3 hours waiting for the tech to arrive. He couldn't come because the work order was wrong!! Now, I have to start all over. Of course, there is no direct # to call to reschedule with a correct order.

I received no communication whatsoever from this repairman. I waited at my home during the designated time and he did not show up. I only learned about the status of my repair after making numerous phone calls to Sears. I do not recommend Sears repair services.

No stars earned. Two visits, parts ordered that weren't needed. Visit changed after we made arrangements to be here in the morning. Water running out of refrigerator door after today's "repair" visit. Floor sopped. Totally unsatisfactory - time wasted, money gone without positive results. Unsatisfactory. -Jay-

I was expecting a technician to install a dryer that Sears home warranty had delivered but a technician came to fix the dryer not to install it which wasn't helpful. Before signing up for this warranty please investigate other options. It is always a lot of back and forth before things are settled. Unlike if you call sears home and pay out of pocket, they come right away.

Horrible! I’ve been waiting for one month to get my fridge fixed. First visit parts were ordered. Second visit I was told it was a two person job. The appt was confirmed but the second person wasn’t. Then during the second visit I was told that he didn’t have the right gauges, even though they knew the make and model of my fridge. Then I was told he didn’t have washers, still on the second visit. The third visit I was told the wrong part was order. Now to today the forth visit, no one came. I’m supposed to receive a call when they are on the way, as I have on the two previous service calls, but instead I got I pic from the technician of my house from inside of their car and a sorry we missed you email. I called customer service and was told the tech would be dispatched again. I had to call two more times to be told that the tech never received the dispatched order and was done making calls. It was 4pm. Now I have to wait from 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm, but they can stop their calls at 4pm. Long review I know, but I have taken off 4 times to wait for my fridge to get fixed. One month with no fridge. The customer service is horrible! There is no local number, so no accountability. Just a waste of time. I have two of their compressors in my home, which is the only reason why I will let them come back, but I will never again use this Company!
