John was fantastic through and through. The entire process was painless and he even accommodated my night shift sleep schedule and worked without waking me up. He diagnosed and fixed the issue without any issues and was extremely knowledgeable and professional

Tech was suppose to put order for replacement, did not and now I have to have tech back out for the 3rd time to do the same thing mean while i have no heat! This is unexceptionable
