Ransford, came to my home twice, once for the washer and then the dryer. Both times he was professional, respectable, nice sense of humor, and got the jobs done in a timely manner. You can send him to my home all the time when my things break down. Give the man a raise!

Paul was a great Tech. He knew what to do and did it. The scheduling of app[ointments with AI sucks it took more than a normal amount of time to get the repair done. Very inconvient.
