My service went off without a hitch! He told me good tips for caring for my heater. I would say he was an excellent technician!

Once at my home, Odaine was very friendly and courteous. My only issue is not with the tech, it's having to keep from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. open just for a preventive maintenance (p.m.) visit. Booked out as earlier as I could and hoping to get an early arrival just for the tech not arriving until 5:00 p.m. Wish p.m. visits would go back to 4-hour windows vs. having to keep an entire day open. Again, Odaine was very professional which is why I gave HIM the 5 stars.

James had no trouble fixing my washer. Service is great with Sears. Their only downside is my appointment was from 7am-6pm but there is an app to her more information on when they may possibly show up but my time changed a few times otherwise service was great.
