Darryu was very good and courteous. He did a good job. As far as your AI system, it was not a pleasant experience at all. It's scheduling was very frustrating and unpredictable. If your dare schedule an afternoon appointment, expect not to see the service person until very late or not at all that day. I had 4 different days scheduled for this repair. Jessica sent the same message every day. "There are 2 stops ahead of you and they may or may not make it that day. The last appointment, after waiting again, she sent the same message that 2 stops ahead, etc.. And 1 minute later, a message was sent, the service person is on his way. The second appointment she sent the same message, changing the arrival time 4 times, and I finally had to reschedule. Why don't you hire more service people instead of assigning an unreasonable amount of repairs in a work day.
