When I finally got someone to come for the appointment everything was ok. It is very hard to get in contact with a real person and the system you have to use to communicate with them, I found to be difficult and time consuming. The thing you need to discuss or get handled is not one of the options and it just keeps going on and on. Whoever is designing the system handling incoming calls needs to deal with the general public to redo the design to create a system that works better and faster.
