The two technicians arrived on time, after sending an email and text. They carefully removed our stackable dryer off the washer and replaced the defective shocks with new shocks. Very efficient and courteous.

My technician, Tony, was excellent. He basically rebuilt my Kenmore Refrigerator with a new Evaporator, Compressor, Drier-UV, Heat Exchanger, Heater Drain and Pan. He was extremely, friendly, professional and very efficient. I highly recommend Tony. As far as Corporate goes, there is one big problem. No matter how hard I tried for several hours there is no way to talk to a live person. You only get automated responses or a chat bot that has very limited capability. If you want to make your customers happy there needs to be a way they can reach a live person to explain issues to or ask questions that your bot is not capable of answering. Thank you again for Tony's great work.
