James was amazing. On time, professional and friendly on both visits. The First visit he diagnosed and ordered the parts. The 2nd visit he came and repaired after parts were delivered. Both visits he walked me through the diagnosis and set reasonable expectations that were met.

Tech came out. Unit had lockout code and he couldn't do anything. Seems like a waste of time that I have to reschedule..
