Repairing my wall oven took an extremely long time. The first came to diagnose the issue then ordered parts. Parts arrived then at second visit the oven still remain unrepaired. This last visit it appears to be fixed.

Way overpriced. No parts needed. Took less than 10 minutes to fix. I could understand if this took alot of time and needed replacement parts but over $300 for latch stuck in closed position and just had to be reset is ridiculous. Will not use again.

Technician tried to reschedule because he couldn't find parking, then when he finally arrived (one hour after the scheduled time of arrival) tried to tell me that it would cost $160 for an evaporator fan and that I would need to go without a working fridge for over a week while we waited for the part, then proceeded to quote me $500 for labor. I declined all repair services because I could buy a new fridge for cheaper than the part and labor, searched for the evaporator fan online, found one for $30 that would be here in two days. I essentially paid the $129 diagnostic fee to figure out the serial number of the part I needed. Deserves one star since the tech did help me locate the correct part, but the technician did nothing else but complain about parking. Not sure what he expected with a downtown Annapolis address.
