Horrible service! Incompetent repair technicians. Called to fix dishwasher, tech pulled it out of cabinetry and claimed they couldn't put it back. Ongoing for months...keep sending the same incompetent person back. BEWARE!!!!!!

Service was 1st promised at 8:25AM. Finally came at 4:30 PM. Not even courtesy calls to tell me. I called repeatedly, but got no response. Tech who came (a nice person) didn't even know that he was to diagnose a dishwasher problem.He didn't appear to know much more than I did about what was wrong. Said I probably needed a pump, which he would order. He was frank enough to tell me that for the cost of the repair, I could and probably should buy a new dishwasher. I paid $129 and wasted a full day for nothing. Meantime I'm being bombarded by e-mails trying to sell me something. Website does not provide any way to talk with a real person. The chat feature provides only multiple choice options instead of allowing one to explain what you want. In short - A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The online updates say the technician is at my house and that the diagnosis has been submitted. I have not seen or heard from anyone. The chat bot and automated phone systems say I have no open service requests which is incorrect. Can’t find a way to talk to a live person via chat or phone. Yet, we received a text asking us to submit this review. Something clearly isn’t working. I’m happy to update this review whenever someone fixes the problem or at least communicates with me. Update: after waiting two more weeks for a follow up visit, once again the technician did not arrive, and we received no communication, other than to say he would be arriving…then the service ticket was closed…again. A case manager contacted us after the first no-show. So far, all that has resulted in was a second no-show. Three weeks and counting, no closer to problem resolution.

Alex did an excellent job! five stars for his work But contacting the companty was extremely poor 1 star. Not being able to speak to a person is poor serviice. Having no method of contacting the company when an appointment time is missed and somehow not in the system was very frustrating.

This service is HORRIBLE! We have rearranged our schedules TWICE and no one has shown up. My Mother is on Dialysis and went in early to be here today for our dryer repair. Not only did they Not come or call, they tried to blame us because their associate who rescheduled the first missed appointment didn't remove the appointment date they set for us without our prior approval. No Manager has been available to speak with me For 2 days in a row. It is 5:35pm and I am still on hold since 4:47pm.
